Childhood Ruined?

As we get older some movies never cease to entertain us. But we also begin to notice different things about the stuff we thought was innocent as kids. Whether it is because there actually is hidden meaning behind those things, or it is because our mindsets are different, we definitely notice something going on. For example, here is a funny set of disney movies that have been dubbed over with what is really going on. As well as laughing at the different hidden meaning in disney's movies, some cartoons i watched as a child seemingly blatantly come out and say some stuff that can be taken in an adult way. Spongebob Squarepants, Ed Edd n Eddy, etc, all have me laughing at the different lines they have to say. Maybe it is not meant to be taken in that way and we just have naughty minds, or maybe it is and the creators wanted to throw something in there just to give the mature audiences a laugh the younger viewers would not understand. Either way, it makes watching new episodes or re watching reruns more enjoyable for me. I can sit around and watch episodes of spongebob or old cartoons and still laugh because i get a different meaning out of what is going on. You guys like the lion king? Yeah? Nala and Simba were siblings. Oh yeah, incest at pride rock. But again, as a child you dont see that and go along with it. Here is another link that explains that for you. Another adult reference, patrick yell "please dont eat sperm!" it is the very last second and you gotta listen, but its definitely there. Or theres this one, where spongebob blatantly tells gary not to drop the soap. So go back to some of your favorite cartoons, watch them. You might be surprised with what you see and hear.
